As the Lead Designer for the seasonal store element updates, I was responsible for applying seasonal initiative creative for all categories to each Nike store. The creative application process ranged from using creative provided in the visual center to creating original storytelling content. I briefed, reviewed and approved every round of each category deck and explored production methods and execution capabilities to enhance each element, always keeping in mind budget and timelines.
